George Seatter
George has been involved in the Private Client insurance broking world for over twenty years, working with a number of businesses, as well as starting and organically growing two of his own successful broking houses.
His approach to handling complex insurance requirements was honed during his 14 years at Stackhouse Poland prior to its sale to AJ Gallagher. It was throughout this time that he helped them develop their relationship with St James Place before setting up Green Park Insurance as a successful joint venture between Alexander Associates Group and Stackhouse Poland. He then joined SPF Private Clients to grow their direct relationship with Savills, increasing their conversion rate (on properties under offer) from four per cent to 22 per cent in the space of twelve months.
George then became the founding partner under the Vizion Insurance Brokers umbrella, working with John Sims and Chris Blackham. In just six years he developed a business with over 800 clients, providing insurance services to a diverse panel of over 100 introducers across private wealth, legal, property services, and luxury brands.
During his tenure with Vizion, the group was awarded High Net Worth Broker of the Year in 2021 at the UK Broker Awards and Personal Lines Broker of the Year in 2020 at the National Insurance Awards.
George joined the Howden Group, in June 2023, and will play a key role in developing our best-in-class Private Client insurance proposition.
